Return Policy

Peak Honda World – 30-Day Return Policy Effective Date: January 2025


Overview

Peak Honda World stands behind every product we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will work with you to make it right within the guidelines below.


Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date provided the following conditions are met:


  • The item is in original, unassembled condition
  • The item has not been gassed or oiled
  • The item is in original packaging with all included accessories, manuals, and hardware
  • The item shows no signs of use, installation, or damage

Items that have been assembled, fueled, oiled, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.


Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of up to 20% of the purchase price may be applied to returned items. The restocking fee will be assessed based on the condition of the item and packaging upon return.


Return Shipping

Return shipping responsibility is determined by the reason for the return:

Do not ship items back without first contacting us and receiving a Return Authorization (RA) number.


How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us within 30 days of your delivery date
  2. Email us at Parts@peakhondaworld.com or call 720-557-8380
  3. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable
  4. Wait for your Return Authorization (RA) number before shipping the item back
  5. Ship the item securely in its original packaging with the RA number clearly marked on the outside of the box

We are not responsible for items returned without a Return Authorization number or items damaged in return transit due to improper packaging.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days of return approval
  • Any applicable restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Manufacturer Warranty

Warranty claims are separate from our return policy and are handled directly by the manufacturer. If your item develops a defect after assembly or use, please contact the manufacturer's customer service team for warranty support. Peak Honda World will assist in facilitating warranty claims where possible, but warranty decisions are made solely by the manufacturer.

This policy applies to direct purchases from Peak Honda World only and does not apply to purchases made through third-party marketplaces, which are subject to their respective platform return policies.
